Service
mcp-analytics is a privacy-first web analytics service operated entirely from the European Union (Hetzner data centre, Falkenstein, Germany). It is queried through the Model Context Protocol (MCP) — there is no analytics dashboard. Read the privacy policy for details on data handling.
Free tier
Up to 100,000 hits per month per account, unlimited sites. We may rate-limit or pause accounts that significantly exceed the free tier; we will notify you by email before doing so. No credit card is required.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the tracking script to capture personally identifiable information (PII) — names, raw email addresses, payment details. Custom-event property values are stored verbatim and are your responsibility.
- Don't use mcp-analytics for unlawful tracking, harassment, surveillance, or any activity that violates the GDPR or local privacy laws of the visitors you measure.
- Don't try to exploit, overload, or reverse-engineer the service. Reasonable security testing of your own account is fine — please disclose findings to security@spreenovate.de.
Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Spreenovate GmbH is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Liability for damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct is unaffected.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany, to the extent legally permitted.
